VERDICT: Lamar Hernandez-Thorpe was convicted of two counts of drunk driving, and sentenced to a Sheriff's alternative custody facility.

CRIMINAL LIABILITY: Because of serious concerns of noncompliance with open meeting laws, the District Attorney indicated that similar meetings could subject Hernandez-Thorpe to criminal liability.
